Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:
Must hold all of the following:
- Construction Induction (White Card)
- Traffic Controller (Blue Ticket)
- Implement Traffic Control Plans (Yellow Ticket)
- Transport:
- Hold a manual driver’s licence and be willing to drive, or
- Have your own reliable transport
- Communication:
- Fluent in English
- Strong verbal communication skills

Light Rail
Protection Officer
We’re seeking experienced and safety-driven professionals to join our team as Light Rail Protection Officers. This role is critical to ensuring the safe movement of light rail vehicles and protecting workers and the public in operational environments.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered, applicants must:
- Be qualified as a Protection Officer Level 1 or above
- Have completed relevant TfNSW Light Rail Induction
- Possess a valid Construction Induction (White Card)
- Be physically fit and capable of working in dynamic environments
- Demonstrate strong communication and situational awareness skills
Additional Desirables
- Manual driver’s licence and willingness to travel across sites
- Experience working on Sydney Light Rail or similar networks
- Familiarity with TfNSW protocols and safety systems

Labouring
We’re looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our team in general labouring roles across infrastructure and traffic projects. If you take pride in your work and thrive in fast-paced environments, we want to hear from you.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Construction Induction (White Card)
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
- Reliable transport or willingness to travel to various sites
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely around live traffic and machinery
Preferred Attributes
- Previous experience in civil, rail, or traffic environments
- Manual driver’s licence
- Additional tickets (e.g., Traffic Control, Spotter, First Aid)
